Darmohrai V. Strategic priorities of the market transformation of regional economic systems of Ukraine

The object of study: market transformation regional economic systems in terms of implementation of the strategic priorities of social and economic development of Ukraine. The aim of study: scientific and methodological basis of the strategic priorities of market transformation and the development of regional economic systems of Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations for their balance to ensure sustainable long-term economic growth and welfare. Methods of study: system and process; comparative-historical and historical-logical; structural; stratification; analysis and synthesis; of abstraction; strategic management; economic and mathematical modeling; forecasting and performance-based planning. The practical significance of results lays in fact that the results of study were taken into consideration by the Main Scientific Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Department of Economics of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Cherkasy State Technological University, PVNZ "European University of Cherkassy branch"; the grounded in the present thesis work conclusions, recommendations and conceptual frameworks are now used in educational process. Scientific novelty of the results is that first proposed a new paradigm of understanding of the process of market transformation of the regional economic system; formed the author's concept definition and selection of strategic priorities for market transformation. Improved concepts and categories of research; methodological approaches to the assessment of the structural stability of the RES; approaches to strategic prioritization of structural transformation and development of the RES; mechanism of market transformation and development of the RES; methodological principles of systematization principles of formation and implementation of regional socio-natural and economic policy. Further developments have got: systematization of the forms of interaction of subsystems RES; stratification of regional economic systems; teaching position with the study of the dynamics and efficiency of the sectoral structure of the RES; development of guidelines for determining priority criteria of functional strategies; structural logic model development and implementation of regional socio-natural and economic policy; study areas of improvement management process of structural organization of economic space in the region.
