The thesis relates to marine coastal ecosystems spatiotemporal dynamics characteristics at small scales from hundreds of meters to tens of kilometers. The author used contact and remote data as well as simulation results. A new concept of the object-oriented modeling of a marine ecosystem was proposed taking into account the small scales of the studied processes, where biological factors play the main role in the formation of variability. Numerical models created in the framework of this concept allow to explicitly consider active movement of aquatic species and describe in details the trophic interactions between them. The concept is based on a Lagrange approach synthesis for living components ecosystem simulation and Euler representation of non-living components such as suspended and dissolved substances, temperature, etc.
