Rosen V. Formation energy efficient modes of electricity production systems

The thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific problem - formation the energy efficient modes of the production systems for use in automated control systems by using of electric energy optimizing and power production processes in conditions a clear and fuzzy information that based on functioning the industrial and energy systems. Scientific novelty: in first time was developed methodology that creates conditions for synthesis the management mode system of energy consumption the production systems with using state control problem that involves developing legislation and partition energy efficiency programs, set of state standards of Ukraine in the field of saving energy, as well forming the core management system with the connections between functions. This approach very differ in comparison with the known approaches of building systems control power consumption modes. To achieve these goals at every level of management was applied proper class the management models and its own strategy to using them due to availability the information links between the functions of management and the environment, as well as performing at all hierarchical levels of management functions such as records, control, regulation, analysis, forecasting, valuation, planning, organization. Studies have improved the methods for managing power consumption modes and have developed models and optimal control methods for consumers-regulators discrete action on different criteria for different hierarchical levels of production systems management.
