Balakhonova O. The formation of the mechanisms of modern regional social and economical development

The dissertation research deals with the territorial generalization and new solution of the scientific problem - providing a steady social and economical dedelopment of a region and its social sphere in an unstable market environment on the basis of revealing its general principles of organisation and functioning, regulatory mechanisms and ensuring proper social conditions of life activity; the theoretical and methodological level of the research enabled to single out the basic approaches and formulate logical schemes of revealing the essence of of the main categories and concepts, to wok out the methodological set of instruments of the investigation of the regional policy of the steady development of social economy; the analytical level permitted to define the level of the development of the social sphere on the basis of the reproductive approach; the analytical level enabled to find out the level of the social sphere development in the region taking into account the assessment of the equilibrium of its spheres, provided the development of a regional social sphere model; it allowed to reveal the variants of the socio-economic policy, to form the mechanism of regulating and maintaining the process of the development of the social sphere in the region to suggest the basic stages of preparing enterprises of the social sphere for manufacturing, the stage of forming a complex program of producing goods and services, the algorithm of the assessment and providence of the effective socio-economical development of the region.
