Essay

Shows the theoretical generalization and a new solution of a scientific problem of creation the perspective initial material for grape breeding on the basis of genetic and biotechnological methods. The breeding-genetic databases "CATALOG", "CROSS" and "BREEDING-STEP" were developed. The optimal parameters for hybridization were determined. Obtained of 12 new grape varieties. A method of plant producing in vitro from the original forms of low fertility was elaborated.
