Essay

Thesis is devoted to development of scientifically - based methods for establishment of conformities to law and mechanism of deformation of the counterfeited terrene under the action of the geostatic power fields and geodynamic phenomena at development of deposits of rocks. Criteria of geodynamic phenomena origin in particular seismic waves on verge of hearth of mountain blow were set. Conformities to law of forming and motion of seismic waves in the medium with the variables of physical - mechanical properties along ray of motion of waves were set. It is suggested to determine the initial parameters of body waves by power indexes of potential energy of the environment or by trotyl equivalent. Methodology for surface waves parameters estimation, epicentral coordinate of their forming process complection, change of structure with distance by frequency - time index, degree of influence on engineer - building infrastructure and natural objects were offered. Complex classification of mountain strike on topological signs and character of appearing were developed, methodical developments on prognosis of the dynamic phenomena origin on power and deformation - power criterion were given.
