Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of the theoretical and methodological foundations and justification of the strategic priorities of the spatial forms of Ukrainian society on the basis of their labor potential. In work is revealed the essence of such economic categories as "working capacity", "spatial development of labor potential. "The typing of spatial forms of social organization was done and prerequisites for the formation of specific conditions of labor potential concentration was reasonably. The matrix of theories was formed and methodological approaches of study the use of the labor potential in the spatial context was systematised. Factors of spatial development of labor potential was classified in different types of settlements in Ukraine, their structure was studied and specificity in terms of urban and rural areas was revealed. Based on the evaluation of the employment potential of basic spatial forms of social organization of the Volyn region we identified trends in its use. We studied regulatory regulation of the spatial forms of Ukrainian society from the point of the use of their labor potential. We proved problems and identified opportunities for enhancing the innovative capacity of the main types of settlements in the context of globalization. The role of educational institutions in these processes was outlined. The influence of migration and modern information technology in innovative spatial development of labor potential in different types of settlements was characterized. We proved the functionality of specific spatial forms of social organization for the development of labor potential. Conceptual framework and strategic goals of spatial forms from spatial position of labor potential balancing was formulated. We defined the problematic of labor potential excessive concentration in individual spatial entities, the mechanisms to overcome it was proposed. We grounded priorities for urban and rural settlements on the basis of their labor potential.
