Mann R. Theory and methodology of system development processes of regional management

The object of study: the processes of the newest model of regional management building. The aim of study: the development of theoretical, methodological and methodical provisions and practical recommendations for definition and implementation of modern conditions of systemic processes of regional management development. Methods of study: system analysis; logical synthesis methods; method of comparison and statistical analysis. The practical significance of results lies in the fact that the main provisions approved by the author in the present thesis work were brought to the level of methodological formulations and practical recommendations on problems of the regional management development. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when methodological principles were proved and the expediency of creation of the newest model of regional management was approved; methodological approach to the formation and regulation of standardization of socialization processes was set. Were implemented: definitions and theoretical study of the role and place of cultural management in the processes of regional management development; systematization of key issues and approaches to the use of principles of the regional management development; scientific principles of diagnosis of socialization processes in the region. Further development have got: scientific principles of implementation of "potential" category in the processes of regional management development; definition of methodological principles and foundation of opportunities to stimulate the business environment for the formation of clusters and networks in Ukraine.
