Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of collective modes and high-frequency resonance effects in strongly anisotropic organic conductors and usual metals. We have predicted the resonance angular oscillation of high-frequency conductivity and surface impedance in layered conductors placed in a tilted magnetic field under a highly anomalous skin effect. The dispersion equations defining the spectra of electromagnetic and spin collective modes in electron Fermi-liquid of low-dimensional conductors have been obtained. It is shown that at certain orientations of a magnetic field there are transparency windows for electromagnetic and spin waves even in the case of strong spatial dispersion.
