Essay

The thesis deals with the scientific problems of today - the creation of the physical foundations of purposeful formation of structure and phase composition of oxide ceramic materials in a compact state from amorphous nanosized powders; it studies: the decrease of volume of the porous body from an amorphous powder due to sintering an amorphous oxide during the synthesis and crystallization in the porous body; the sintering and evolution of the structure during the sintering of porous bodies made of amorphous and crystalline nanopowders; the crystallization kinetics of the amorphous oxide into nanoparticle of pow-der; the morphology and its changes during agglomeration and milling of the amorphous and crystalline nanopowders; the evolution of the structure of the porous body during pressing; the role of the amorphous phase at low-temperature synthesis. The basic idea is to use the high reactivity of nanosized amorphous powders for low-temperature synthesis of complex oxides and high sinterability - for the sintering of ceramic materials from them.
