An object - the processes of stealth transmission confidential information. Subject of research - methods of increasing confidentiality of information based on energetic, structural and information stealth. Methods of research - research methods in the theory of information security, the theory of information systems and networks, the theory of radio electronic systems and complexes, the theory of complex systems modeling, the theory of probability, and also used mathematical modeling and simulation. Theoretical and practical results: 1. Substantiation of expediency of using the timer coding in information protection systems that allows you to combine data encryption and noiseless coding into a single process. 2. A new method of integration the timer coding with different systems of data encryption that helps to improve the qualitative characteristics of data encryption, namely, reduce redundancy and improve cryptographic encryption algorithms. 3. New methods of forming the noise signals based on timing signals by direct spread spectrum linear sequence, and also non-linear pseudo-random sequences that synthesis based on of dynamic chaos, which significantly increases the structural stealth signal designs. 4. A new method of forming noise signal based on the sinusoidal oscillations, which modulated by amplitude with the normal distribution law for improving the quality the spectral characteristics of the noise signal in comparison with signals which are generated by the logistics expressions dynamic chaos. 5. Method of synthesis of noise signals based on implementations of chaotic signals, which in combination with the developed algorithm transfer, increase the secrecy of confidential information. 6. New technical solutions for constructing confidential communication systems based on the integration the timer coding and dynamic chaos. 7. The results of the further development of the theory of adaptive data transmission systems with feedback in terms of organized interference. 8. Part of dissertation introduced in the educational process in ONAT named after O.S. Popov in educational disciplines in the direction of "Telecommunications". Scientific novelty: 1. First proposed using of timer signal constructions Zakharchenko M.V. in information protection systems from unauthorized access. 2. First proposed the methods of synthesis noise signals based on the timing signals with direct extension of their spectrum by linear and nonlinear sequences. 3. Improved the method of synthesis of non-linear sequences of numbers based on program generators chaotic signals, which, in combination with developed methods of transmission, improve noise immunity of the communication system. 4. Obtained new technical solutions for constructing the confidential communication systems based on the timer coding and dynamic chaos. The results have been implemented in organizations such as the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov, "PLANETA-YUG" Ltd., municipal enterprise "Regional Information and Analytical Center", available for use in organizations and research institutions, to develop systems to protect the transmission of confidential information in telecommunication and radiotechnical systems, and also in the educational process of higher education institutions and for scientific research work of lecturer, graduate students, doctoral students
