Pashkova O. Pathogenetic mechanisms of cardiovascular disorders development in children with recurrent and chronic bronchopulmonary pathology and substantiation of the approaches to their prophylaxis

The theme thesis dedicated to the development of prophylactic and treatment methods of cardiovascular disorders in children with recurrent and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases by the improvement in diagnostics and medicament correction of cardiovascular system disturbances. It was established the changing of morphologic and functional parameters with blood flow alteration in the heart at 50 % of children with recurrent bronchitis, 49 % of patients with bronchial asthma and 58 % of children with cystic fibrosis with concomitant tension of autonomous nervous system sympathetic part and presence of endothelial dysfunction. The features of neuroendocrine regulation in children with recurrent and chronic bronchopulmonary pathology and the significance of inflammation were defined. The risk factors and early diagnosis criteria of cardiovascular disorders in children with recurrent and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases were established. High effectiveness of using the proposed algorithm for early diagnosis of cardiovascular disorders, therapy correction and prophylaxis in children with recurrent and chronic bronchopulmonary pathology was proven
