Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of determination role of nonspecific proteases and their inhibitors in the development of local and systemic pathological processes. On the basis of experimental and clinical research approaches to determine the types of reaction components proteinase-inhibitory system at the systemic and local levels are scientifically proved, key mechanisms of systemic inflammatory response syndrome with the participation nonspecific proteases and their inhibitors are identified. The approaches to the diagnosis and prognosis of development as well as experimentally based approaches for improving the effectiveness of pharmacological prophylaxis and therapy of identified disturbances are developed. The classification of shocks based on the integration of concepts of shock and systemic inflammatory response syndrome is proposed, this classification is characterized by division of shocks into shocks with primary or secondary development of systemic inflammatory response syndrome. The use of component-proteinase inhibitor system as markers of systemic inflammatory response syndrome is proposed.
