Essay

The оbject of research: process of a generating of the electric power by powerful turbo-generators. The purpose of research: development of the theory of thermal and thermomechanical processes in turbo-generators, including taking into account agency of thermal defects, creation of mathematical models тепломеханического fields in knots of turbo-generators in various operating conditions, definition of features of its distribution and working out and a scientific substantiation of the designs directed on raise of reliability of cars. Methods of research: finite elements method; numerical methods of the solution of systems of the linear algebraic equations; certainly - difference methods of the solution of systems of the differential equations; analytical solutions; a method of physical modelling and experimental researches. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: regularity of distribution of thermomechanical stresses and a place of their concentration in knots of oscillators is revealed at work in maneuverable regimes; the extent of development of thermodefects at which mechanical stresses in isolation of a winding of the stator exceed the admissible is installed; the new data on minimisation of mutual movings of rods of a winding and the core of the stator and mechanical stresses in them is obtained at regulating of an integral cooling system of a winding in dynamic regimes; it is installed that application external демпферных systems on a rotor provides raise of power of the turbo-generator in an asynchronous regime on (10 - 25) % in comparison with a serial design. A subject degree of introduction: results are used in educational process NТUU "KPI" and recommended for use in workings "Elektrotyaschmasch", Kharkov and company "ELTA", Kharkov. Effectiveness of implantation: decrease thermomechanical loadings in knots of turbo-generators. Sphere of use: thermal and nuclear energy stations, the factories on manufacture of turbo-generators.
