The thesis is devoted to the solution of urgent research and applied problems, that is development of scientific applications, setting the basic process laws of heating, ignition of combustion sources of ignition charges included in the composition of fireworks as the basis for fire prevention in the case of external thermo-activities. Mathematical models and methods for calculating of the temperature of internal surfaces of metal parts of some fireworks shells (metal shell, hemispheric fairing) contacting with ignition source charges at external thermo-activities have been developed. The experimental and statistical models to calculate the effect on the temperature of ignition of metal particles in decomposition products of pyrotechnic mixtures and their dispersion properties of the environment (oxygen concentration, external pressure) are studied. Thermodynamic calculations of influence of the components ratio and of external pressure on the temperature and composition of the products of pyrotechnic mixtures combustion are discussed. The models of burning of ternary pyrotechnic mixtures of the type metal oxidant + nitrate containing oxidant + organic additive that allow to predict the speed of the combustion process and different modes are carried out. New patterns of heating of metal housing products with the supersonic air flow for different flow regimes (laminar, turbulent) as well as the impact ratio and components dispersity on the character of the velocity dependence and concentration limits of mixtures burning on the heating temperature and external pressure are investigated. A scientific methodology that allows the dialogue mode and real-time database to generate critical values for thermodynamic parameters on the metal housing products for different values of the process parameters of the ignition sources charges, the excess of which leads to an explosive hazard and destruction of products. Scientific methodology has been practically used in a number of domestic and foreign enterprises in the form of approved recommendations to reduce the risk of exposure to fire or shock on thermo serial products based on metal - nitrate sources of ignition mixtures compacted components during storage, transportation and use. Developed amendments and pendants to the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 4316-2004 are covered by the plan to revise this standard as a part of plans of UkrNDIHZ DSNS of Ukraine as a developer and successor, with standardization according to their competence.
