As part of the mechanisms of transformation of regional structures and competitive development of the tourism industry, in addition to the traditional components of taxation, pricing, visa support, financial support and state regulation, justified competitive advantage, image brands, integration forms the organizers, innovation clusters, projects and programs, marketing strategies and concepts.
