Іnvestigated features and regularities of natural seed-cultural regrowth of Pinus sylvestris L., Quercus robur L., Acer platanoides L. Developed and justified the system of separation of populations of forest forming species on structural and functional groups - cohort. State populations and cohorts evaluated based on a comprehensive analysis. Developed by the models of natural regrowth, as well as describing it realized ecological niches. Revealed ecological relationships inherent in this process. The approaches to the organization of the protection of forest phytocoenosis and environmental optimization of forest industry.
