This thesis is dedicated to conceptual provisions and theoretical basis development for the flying vehicles controllability and stability recovery under abnormal case uprush during flight on the basis of theory and system concepts of processes automation for flying vehicles control reconfiguration, as well as methods and system for diagnosing of their aerodynamic condition during flight. Conceptual provisions theory for flying vehicles controllability and stability recovery under abnormal case uprush during flight were developed. Automation of processes for flying vehicles control reconfiguration taking into account the system methods of parametric-, structural-, object- and target of flying vehicles reconfiguration control was grounded.
