Essay

The purpose of research is a decision of actual scientific and applied problem of theoretical basis creation for intellectual decision-making support on automated control systems of flexible robotized integrated system of radio electronic devices production, of mathematical, informational supply and of software development for manufacturing tasks planning on flexible robotized integrated system functioning, which takes in account the changes of manufacturing system state and of it's workspace, reconstructs the plans of complex practical tasks solving in on-line mode, allows to increase the efficiency of control processes for flexible integrated systems of radio electronic devices production. The objects of research are processes of functioning strategies planning for automated control systems of flexible integrated robotized manufacturing. The subjects of research are methods and models of intellectual decision-making support for automated control systems of flexible integrated production of radio electronic devices. The thesis is dedicated to the problem of decision-making intellectual support theoretical basis development for c production to supply their functioning in conditions of workspace and manufacturing tasks uncertainty. There are proposed the new items: new concept of intellectual support decision-making systems application and the method of functioning strategies adaptation for flexible integrated robotized systems; the dynamic, set theory and logical model for functioning strategies adaptive planning, which supply the description of automated control system functioning for dynamic industrial workspace. Also, there are improved: the method of intellectual decision-making support implementation, which supplies the decision-making as unified search procedure; fuzzy and probabilistic decision-making models, which supplies an estimation of alternative decisions for automated control in uncertain conditions; the imitation model of manufacturing organization, which defines the structure of information for flexible integrated systems. The models and methods, developed in thesis provide the new decision designs in field of control processes automation for flexible integrated robotized system.
