Investigation object: testing, processes, pollution, environment, waste, energy, energy-intensive industries. Target of investigation: to increase reliability of processes multicomponent environmental pollution wastes energy and energy-intensive industries. Investigation methods: system approach, probability theory, multifactor, dispersion, regression, covariance types of statistical analysis, wavelet analysis, theory of measurement. Theoretical and practical results: to develop methods for environmental testing of emissions and discharges of energy and energy-intensive industries. Flow diagrams and control how decontamination, providing greater reliability of evaluation technological process for timely correction and to prevent accidents.New: method of planning a series of random extreme monitoring of emissions based on the information model developed under the restriction on the observation time is substantiated. The estimation method of a priori probabilities of emissions based on wavelet analysis with further variance estimation of wavelet coefficients in the time-frequency range of their changes. Planning active control technology based on disturbances of the proposed methods of positional control and optimal correction control and preventive ranges with a minimum average frequency emissions. Refinement of the theory of planning and forecasting of random processes pollution monitoring. Degree of introduction: experimental studies confirmed by tests on Starobeshevo TPP (Donetsk region)., Zmievskoy TPP (Kharkiv region.), Coke (Kharkiv), the company LIT (Kharkov), the Research Institute of the VK rVODGEO (Kharkiv). Scope of investigation: system for monitoring and control processes multicomponent environmental pollution wastes energy and energy-intensive industries.
