The thesis presents a synthesis of theoretical principles and theoretical and methodological foundations of the integrated development of the region, the essence of the region as a regional facility integrated development and Regional Policy Studies, found the place of the financial infrastructure investment in infrastructure providing regional development. The structure of investment and financial infrastructure, analyzed scientific approaches to the study of financial instruments infrastructure, determined methodological approaches to research investment and financial infrastructure and regulatory systematized the functioning of investment.
