3. The optimality of rules of distribution, return and service methods which improve reliability characteristics of different complexes (sets) of renewable systems is proved. The asymptotic analysis and estimations of reliability characteristics of systems and system’s complexes with standard return rule and such a rule when the renewed elements return into the system with minimal standby are obtained for any acceptable load.
