The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a urgent scientific - applied problem consisting in development of the theory of creation of passenger lifts effective winches, development on its basis of settlement methods and designing of lifts elevating mechanisms with high power and dynamic parameters. The dependences allowing to calculate of the movement optimum diagram with the account of elastic properties at the any control laws are identificated. The innovation direct-drive lifts winch is offered. New structure is offered and the parameters of а power- efficiency rope-driving are developed.
