The dissertation is devoted to the solution of important for theoretical electrical engineering a scientifically-applied problem - to the further development of the theory of electromagnetic processes in systems of plasma-erosive processing of heterogeneous conductive media, creation of their physical and mathematical models and equivalent circuits, adequate in wide ranges of change as parameters of discharge pulses and medium, to research of transients in them and development of the recommendations on this basis directed on creation of effective hardware components and new power saving up production engineering.
