Karmazina N. Macroeconomic regulation of industrial development in the regions of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological and example-are problems in the plane of macroeconomic regulation of industry in the region, considered a position of simultaneous use for building a modern system of development of the real sector, the principles of the system, synergetic and performance-based approaches. The problems of forming a regional industrial policy and formulated assumptions of the theory of macroeconomic regulation of industrial development in the region based on the implementation of cascading forms of spatial organization of interregional interaction. Constructed: a system of macroeconomic regulation, and its limits: mechanism of formation and implementation of appropriate type Strategy; methodical approach to assessment-forecasting macro-economic measure of the re-regulation and proposed stages of implementation; four tiered methodological-tech model. The optimum strategy for Ukraine macroeconomic regulation of industry in the region and its determinants implementation stages for the Regional Industrial Complex (RIC). Defined stages of its implementation in practice, for what, classified methods, techniques and management tools of macroeconomic regulation as the basis for building structural logic circuits. The method of prioritizing strategic set of stages for the RIC. We construct the prediction model by structural type 2020 for the RIC stages: the scale of the sustainable development potential and innovation capacity; measuring efficiency of economic security, effectiveness of investment activities, the effectiveness and efficiency of macroeconomic regulation; performance indicators implementation of regional industrial policy and strategy of macroeconomic regulation of industrial development in the regions. Tested on the adequacy of the developed set of strategic, structural and logical schemes, models and forecasts for the use of software package targeted "Targ.Stream: KRM.Rat&For. v.1.1".
