Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical bases of the mathematical modeling of deformation, mechanical stability of shells and the analysis of the effectiveness of technological processes, which use them, taking into account deviations due to manu-facturing technology of shell structures. Mathematical models were created for calculating the mechanical state, determining rational forms of thin-walled shells with geometric deviations and parameters of technological processes, which use them. An ap-proximate method was developed and validated for calculating shells of noncanonical form on the basis of two-dimensional rational-fractional transformations of solutions in the form of asymptotic series. The method for regression analysis of active-passive experiment was developed as well as the theory of mechanical similarity of shells manufactured by the same technology. Multifactor mathematical models were constructed for deformation of torso shells, for forming of integral dimensions of compound shell of rocket, for dependence of characteristics of beneficiation of magnetite from the design parameters of machine for desliming . The rational form of shells of machine for desliming is identified.
