Ladonko L. Formation of innovative potential of industry in the regions of Ukraine

The problematic points of the formation of innovative potential of the industry in regions and bases of the estimation, predicting the extent of its development for the construction of an adequate institutional model of state, regional and local management are described. The system-universal concept of formation, capacity and effective use of innovative potential of industry in the regions is grounded. The methodological approach to the formalization of the four-level valuation model of innovation capacity and optimal for Ukraine and regions strategy of developing innovative potential are developed. Its components, stages of implementation, application tools are identified. That became the basis for the definition of goals and the construction of the forecast of the industrial development of the regions until 2020 year.
