Designed and implemented software: - Optimization methods for mathematical models of chemo-, radio- and immunotherapy based on the speaker Gompertz and Richard in the presence of constraints on the control and the phase state; - FOFK model the kinetics of the drug, described by a system of nonlinear differential equations, including the Hill equation to describe the metabolic processes based on the analysis of generalized physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (FOFK) models. Created: - computer technology determining optimal treatment strategies based on the analysis of the curves of solutions based on the total value of the utility function as well as the application of the regret theory;
