Andriychuk M. Mathematical modeling and numerical optimization of characteristics of the radiated and waveguide systems and forming media

The nonlinear optimization problems of radiating systems synthesis according to the given amplitude characteristics on the base of variational approach are stated. A generalization of variational problems statement that allows to obtain solutions which do not contradict physical reasoning, and also satisfy to additional conditions on the value of field in the near zone. The analytical-numerical and numerical methods for investigation of solutions to these equations and their properties are elaborated, the general structure of solutions and their qualitative properties are determined. The calculation and optimization of parameters of the planar radiating systems and forming media for a series of engineering applications are carried out.
