The thesis is devoted to optimizing of the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of osteogenesis lesion in children with recurrent bronchitis or bronchial asthma. In these patients prescribed an increase in serum alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin concentration and collagen type 1 degradation products, reduction of 25(OH)D, decrease of the lumbar spine and femoral neck bone mineral density. The functioning of the immune system in children with recurrent bronchitis or bronchial asthma, characterized by increased of serum TNF-?, IFN-?, IL-6 and decrease of serum IL-10. Using patients with recurrent bronchitis stimulants of innate immunity promotes of bone resorption. The use of inhaled corticosteroids does not lead to the formation of bone disorders. Clinical and laboratory features of bone in children with recurrent bronchitis or bronchial asthma are informative diagnostic criteria of bone disorders. Measures to maintain of optimal bone parameters in children with recurrent bronchitis or asthma, including adequate insolation, correction of vitamin D and calcium for 6 months and restore processes of bone resorption and synthesis.
