Essay

In dissertation pointed scientific-methodical bases of soils biodiagnostics in agroecosystem. Designed the system of sensitive and representative biological indicators of soil properties, evaluated their diagnostic value for agroecological checkout of soil agro-ecosystem. The abnormality degree of the main soil types of agro-ecosystems forest-steppe zone based on an integrated evaluation of their biological properties and comparing with natural analogues was adapted. In addition, the method of determining the overall antimicrobial activity of the soil as an indicator characterizing its ability to self-regulation was developed. Proposed modern molecular genetic methods for assessing the genetoxicity of pesticides by their influence on the damage of the genetic apparatus of the soil mesofauna. Carried out the selection of culture of the soil microorganisms - permanent biosensors in pesticides testing, proposed rapid method based on the use of special test strips that contain different dilutions of the pesticide. The test includes a concentration gradient, which are able to show the slightest change in the sensitivity of microorganisms. Defined by the taxonomic structure of the soil microorganisms of natural and agricultural ecosystems, described relations laws taxa higher order (at the level of types) and the spreading of microorganisms at the level of genus.
