Theoretical principles as well as corresponding results and conclusions based on 30 scientific works, where the theory of ordering of crystal structures with point or/and line defects is developed, are presented to be defended. The defect-structure ordering is considered as intermediate mechanism in affecting properties of mixed crystals. Effects of pressure and temperature on the structural order in three-dimensional short-period layered (super)structures are considered. Influence of the ordering on electron transport in graphene is investigated. New effects in transport properties of graphene sheets are revealed due to the variety of configurations (viz., spatial distributions and orientations) of point and line (extended) defects.
