The aim of dissertation is a decision of scientific issue of the day of establishment of nature and mechanisms of processes of evolution of electrophysical properties, vortex and crystalline structure of granular oxide and BCS of high temperature superconductors under the action of temperature, magnetic fields, transport current and high energy electron irradiation. To dissertations the results of experimental researches of galvanomagnetic and transport properties of granular superconductors of YBa2Cu3O7-d and MgB2 are driven in the wide range of values of sizes of temperature, magnetic field, transport current and dose of irradiation the electrons of high energy. Information on the processes of evolution of crystalline structure is got directly from data of XRD. Information on the processes of evolution of vortex structure is mainly got by an analysis and treatment of results of the electrophysical measuring conducted at different external influences. A major this dissertation job performance is establishment of correlation between character of changes of electrophysical properties and structure of both subsystems of the two-level system granular HTSCs, - i. e. granules with strong superconductivity and Josephson "weak links" with weak superconductivity - under influence of external influences.
