The Thesis is devoted to questions of development of the theory of high-frequency networks and multiports with development on their basis of the single-mode approach effective methods design of linear mutual passive devices of power distribution and control of a phase of signals with advanced circuits and new decisions for use in microwave range. The new analytical dependences between the scattering parameters of the symmetric linear multiports with the input impedances of their partial components of even-mode and odd-mode excitations are received. The dependences between input impedances of partial two-pole networks of even-mode and odd-mode excitations of the symmetric two-port network with its input reactance and loading reactance are received as well. With the use of the specified relations the new analytical expressions for calculation of impedance transformers, of phase shifters and group delay devices on the basis of the coupled transmission lines segments are written down. New schemes and methods for calculation of the rejection filters, equal power dividers on the segments of single and coupled lines, directional couplers with various types of direction and the crossovers on the basis of coupled-line segments, the branch-line couplers with compensation of discontinuities effect are offered. The expressions what allows to define the possible and boundary values of working parameters of SPMT switches are received and analytical expressions for calculation of such devices with different options of matching are written down. For the discrete phase shifters with symmetric structure the conditions of their realization are formulated, schemes and methods of calculation of such loop coupled-line phase shifters are offered. With the use of the written-down conditions for changes of input impedances at which the microwave devices will work as the dual-band devices, the design methods are developed for impedance transformers, for equal coupled-line power dividers, for coupled-line directional couplers with different type of direction, for unequal power dividers and two-branch couplers with different distribution of power in bands, for SPMT switches, for rejection filters and band-pass filters with two working frequency bands and with reorganization of band.
