Essay

The dissertation presents results of the study of the early Precambrian metasedimentary and metavolcanic complexes of Kryvyi Rig-Kremenchug structural-formational zone (KKZ) of the Ukrainian Shield. Presented here is the reconstruction of paleoclimatic, paleofacial and paleotectonic conditions of the complexes' formation from the initiation of the process in the Archean to the end of sedimentation in Paleoproterozoic. The lithologic-petrographic and petrochemical composition of the metasedimentary and metavolcanic KKZ complexes has been significantly clarified.
