Essay

The object of research: remote control process of NPP and TPP environment characteristics. Research objective: creation of theoretical bases of construction, practical realization and research of mobile computerized information-measurement systems for remote control of space branched energy objects environment characteristics using unmanned aerial complexes. Research methods: theory of information-measurement systems, probability theory, theories of random processes and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: first proposed statistical methods of processing the environment fields characteristics angular measurement results; first developed the approximation method of angular measurement results with uneven sampling in space; first proposed the use of statistical methos of spline-approximation for short-term forecasting of environmental informational fields parameters; developed generalized structure of mobile computerized information-measurement system for remote environment control based on unmanned aerial complex; substantiated technical solutions and developed new means of radiation control of exposure dose rate and apparent activity of aerosols in atmosphere. Implementation degree: implemented and used at the Institute of NPP safety problems of the NAS of Ukraine, SE "410 Plant of Civil Aviation", PJSC "All-Ukrainian SRI of analytical instrument engineering", SPE "Mechanical Engineering" (Dnipropetrovsk), used in educational process in NTUU "KPI" and University of emerging technologies. Scope: remote monitoring of energy objects environment parameters.
