The work is dedicated to the development of scientifically-methodological bases of telecommunications system (ТS) construction of terrestrial radio engineering complex of management (TRECM) of the low-orbit (l/o) dual-use (DU) spacecraft's group (SG) to improve the quality of its operation due to the synthesis of the trajectory system TRECM on terrestrial and space radio interferometer base.Features of single TRECM management of l/o the spacecraft's group, problems of impact properties of the troposphere and ionosphere of Earth on distribution of wave propagation super-high-frequency and edge of high-frequency ranges are considered. Basic directions to improve forming and processing signal methods for providing necessary ТS TRECM antijammingness are grounded.The necessary characteristics of synchronization, bandwidth, antijammingness and exactness of determination of l/o SG motion parameters by a radiointerferometric method are defined, the model of l/o SG motion prognostication under the impact of disturbing factors are improved.
