Essay

Object of research: processes of functioning and development of institutional infrastructure business regions of Ukraine. Objective: developing of theoretical and methodological foundations of development of institutional infrastructure and entrepreneurship (IIE) of region, conceptual positions, priorities and means of its modernization strategy and effective use in the process of European integration of Ukraine. Methods: theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and classification, structural and functional analysis, regression-correlation analysis, principal components, multivariate statistical analysis, fuzzy logic, institutional analysis, expert evaluations, modified matrix of quantification SWOT-analysis, system-dynamic modeling. Novelty: for the first time proposed the theoretical and methodological basis of research of IIE of region, defined strategic priorities and mechanisms for upgrading of region’s IIE in terms of Ukraine's European integration through a combination of program and problem-aimed approaches, elaborated conceptual positions of harmonization activities of regions of Ukraine IIE with the process of European integration, in particular institutional integration with infrastructure of regions – members of EU with aim to: minimizing of transaction costs; strengthening of the competitive advantages of entrepreneurship; accelerating the implementation of the European institutional basis of existing and newly created objects of integrated infrastructure, improved methodology for system-dynamic modeling of socio-economic processes through complement by interrelated methods of fuzzy logic and analysis of the efficiency of the productive systems, distinguishing groups of dominant factors of influence the effectiveness of business activities, methodological principles of structural-component analysis of system of IIE of region on the basis of mutually agreed methods of partial and integrated assessment of impact on entrepreneurial activity, multivariate statistical and comparative analysis of results, institutional basis and organizational means for structural modernization of IIE of region. Scope of application: in the activities of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine for improving of regulatory policy and coordination of acts of executive authorities, institutions of civil society and business for deregulation of economic activities, regional authorities in developing strategies and programs for socio-economic development of Lviv, Zaporizhzhya regions, in the learning process for the disciplines "Organization of business activity in the manufacturing sector", "Operational management" and "E-commerce" for Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya Institute of Economy and Information Technologies.
