Essay

Within the dissertation, it was solved the scientific problem of improvement of accuracy in measurement of mechanical quantities (latitude, longitude, heading, speed, acceleration etc.) of modern information and measurement system (IMS) of a moving object on basis of: improvement of IMS controlling system which ensures stabilization error of sight line in 20''; use of the suggested new approach of ensuring of accuracy of elements, instruments and systems to control the IMS; use of developed graphical method of defining requirements to parameters of the controlling system (CS); use of the suggested basic functional diagram of the CS by means of sight line with use of two-stage counter directed gyroscopes with compensation of errors on third axis; use of artificial neural network for decrease of instrumental errors of IMS navigation elements; use of new precise inclinometer for previous highly-accurate ground alignment of the IMS navigation elements; use of the precise IMS of parametric optimization methods in a projecting stage.
