Essay

Novel transformation and influence operators are introduced and studied. Modified Sobolev spaces associated with these operators are also introduced and studied. A novel method ia developed for application of these operators to the control theory and the theory of boundary-value problems. Applying this method, controllability , stabilizability and well-posedness of boundary-value problems are investigated foe the wave equation with constant or variable coefficients under the Dirichlet or the Neumann boundary condition.
