Machulina S. Geology and oil-gas-bearing of domanik-like-sediments

At the heart of this research is based on the concept of continuous-intermittent of formation in akvagenny basins of enriched of organic domanik-like (black shales) sediments that reflect the specific physico-chemical conditions of the environment of sedimentation and special relationship with the tectonic-geodynamic processes in the Earth's crust. These sediments belong one of the leading roles in of oil and gas formation. Domanik-like sediments are widely distributed in sedimentary sections of the Precambrian and the Phanerozoic of the oil and gas regions of the world, including Ukraine. Stratigraphic levels of development of domanik-like sediments of all geological periods on the background of geohistorical formation of the Earth analyzed. Their periodicity, distribution scale, structural-tectonic conditions of formation of considered and defined. For the Dnieper-Donets Basin (DDB), Donbas, Preddobrudzhinsky depression and other regions of the Ukraine comprehensive study of different ages domanik-like sediments performed. Diagnostic criteria for the their identification in deep wells, the material composition, chemical-bituminological and downhole geophysical characteristics, of paleo - tectonic, -geografic, geomorfologic and conditions of accumulation defined.
