Ivanova N. Methodological bases for modernization of infrastructure sphere in regional economy in position of European integration

In the dissertation work the theoretical and methodological states been developed. Scientific advice have grounded and practical advice on upgrading of infrastructure spheres have offered, taking into account the strategic guidelines for regional development in the European integration choice of Ukraine. Within the realization of modernization paradigm the priority of transforming the infrastructure sector has emphasized, which acts as a frame of economic relations and effective way of implementing the integration process in the European Union. The value of research for the theory are based on extended categorical field and isolating the paradigm dominant of formation and development of infrastructure sphere in regional economy in position of European integration. The scientific value has argued methodological scheme of modernization transformations of infrastructure environment and developed theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of infrastructure needs of the regional economy. Evaluated the processes of formation and development of the infrastructure sphere with consideration to the current state of the national economy and global economic trends. The directions and forms of integration processes in the field of infrastructure have identified at the basis of dissertation research. The priority of an innovative model of infrastructure development of the regions has noted. The practical value represent grounded in the work the concept of modernization of infrastructure potential of the region based of sustainable development, principles of identification points of infrastructural growth, strategic directions for modernization of infrastructure sphere in regional economics and management model of its implementation.
