The work solves an important scientific and applicational problem of synthesis of mathematical models for objects and systems with the limiting factors, development of methods of their parametric identification and establishment of appropriate software tools. Generalized models for the systems with separated limiting factors and limiting loads using Mono functions have been proposed and proved for the first time. A generalized method for identification of models for the systems with the limiting factor and its modifications have been developed for the first time. The software simulation environment of a limiting factor have been developed.
