The dissertation focuses on the complex solution of the problem of energy efficiency of bulk materials agglomerating with consumption of solid fuel decrease by segregation processes controlling which allows to stabilize the thermal regime of granular material sintering by horizons of the layer during sintering of iron ore, bauxite materials, and firing of iron ore pellets.
