Dissertation is devoted to the development of an integrated concept of social and psychological patterns of ethnic individuation, definition of its phases, factors and mechanisms, the justification of the principles of psychological support of the process of ethnic individuation at the collective and individual levels of the organization. Ethnic individuation is a manifestation of the subjective activity wich is aimed at the understanding of the contents of the unconscious and the ethnic transformation of attitude towards it. The process of ethnic individuation can be deployed at the collective and individual levels of the organization. It was revealed that the ethnic unconscious contains the following components: hronotop, sacred experiences, perceptions of the causality of events, ethno specific contents of basic myths. Features of ethnic unconscious reflected in folklore sources and works of art, narratives which is relating to the personal and historical events. It affects the outlook of representatives of the people. Ethnic unconscious may include the experience of traumatic experiences, their presence may complicate the course of the ethnic individuation process at the level of the collective subject. It was revealed that the mechanisms of ethnic individuation is the realization, appropriation, rethinking, differentiation, internalization, creative fulfillment and integration. The method of diagnosing of ethnic individuation mechanisms was collaborated. As a result of empirical research it has proved that initiating of ethnic individuation are multicultural environment at the individual level as the social conditions, and in the same time on the internal level this is a reached the maturity of personality (the capacity for reflection, internal locus of control, the optimal level of desire for self-actualization). The process of ethnic individuation on the individual level is divided into five stages. At each stage of this process there are involved their own mechanisms and factors that contribute to the stabilization and transition of personality to the next stage. The factor that makes it moves further down the path of ethnic individuation is the personal experience of deep feelings. It takes place in the ethnocultural context and it promotes the creative process and the process of integration of the conscious from the unconscious. Socio-psychological patterns of ethnic individuation are the following: the process takes place in stages; at each stage the various of mechanisms are prevailed; cultural and historical path of people with his victories and injuries affects the peculiarities of ethnic individuation at the level of the collective subject; multicultural social environment, high tolerance for uncertainty in society, personal maturity are contributing to positive passing of ethnic individuation process.
