Essay

The object of research: electrical circuits of reservoir capacitors in semiconductor electro-discharge installations with voltage feedback. The purpose of research: development of theory of interdependent pulse-periodic processes in the circuits of semiconductor electro-discharge installations with the reservoir capacitor, a stochastic load and the positive voltage feedback by means of development of new method for the analysis these circuits , as well as electrical circuits synthesis of such installation with the increased dynamic characteristics. Methods of research: base on the theory of linear and nonlinear electric circuits, methods of mathematical and physical modeling, the differential equations, the probabilistic analysis, and the difference equations. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: New method for analysis of interdependent pulse-periodic processes in the charge-discharge circuits of semiconductor electro-discharge installations with positive voltage feedback and load, which resistance changes stochastically was developed; new method for increasing of rate of discharge current rise owing to increasing of capacitor capacitance and forced interruption of the current when it will reach a preset value or duration was developed; new mathematical model of spark load resistance, which differ from known models that it takes into account the dependence of this resistance both on a pulse current, and on rate of its change and duration of a pause between discharge pulses was developed; structural-parametrical synthesis of capacitor circuits of the electro-discharge installations with positive voltage feedback on the basis of definition their pulse power increasing as criterion function was carried out. A subject and degree of introduction: The basic results of work are used in the Institutes of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (such as Electrodynamics, Pulse processes and Technologies), Institute of Development of Territorial Communities of Ukraine, as well as in educational process of chair of pulse processes and technologies of Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Mykolaiv). Effectiveness of implantation: improving of dynamic characteristics of electro-discharge installations with capacitive energy storages (increasing both pulse power and rate of current rise in the load). Sphere of use: electro-discharge installations with capacitive energy storages.
