Thesis is dedicated to scientific basis development of fruiting vegetable storage with usage of biologically active substances treatment. Scientific and theoretical principles of antioxidant status formation in fruiting vegetables have been reasoned. Biologically active substances composition and optimal concentrations have been developed. They enabled to improve the technology of fruiting vegetable storage with usage of postharvest treatment. Economical efficiency of prvided method was also substantiated.
