Essay

The work offers theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem, which consists in the development of a new theory of information processing in parallel computing systems with functional and hardware limitations. The offered methods and tools include interrelated solutions for the optimization problem of the computational process on the base of the computational tasks parameters and structure of the computational resources. They also include the effectiveness increase of the computational problem mapping process by reducing the overhead of time and productivity. The offered concept of structural dynamic reconfigurable computer system is based on local distributed mapping computation tasks on the reconfigurable resources and the strategy of mutual adaptation of tasks and computing resources, which relies on the varying of the grain calculations. That ensures effective implementation of the proposed methods and means of simplifying the account of the physical parameters of FPGA chips.
