Research object - technological system of the heavy metalworking machine. An object of research - the heavy machine with adaptive management. A methodological basis of work is an integrated approach to studying of processing of details on heavy machines, their conditions and features, regularities of processes. Theoretical researches are based on basic provisions of the theory of cutting of materials, the theory of design of the metal-cutting equipment, a kvalimetriya, theories of reliability, a research of operations, decision-making, probability theory and mathematical statistics. Pilot studies are based on theories of the regression and correlation analyses, mathematical statistics, with use of the techniques forced, accelerated of long tests, moment observations, information bank, heuristic methods. Work was performed by means of modern computer aids. Novelty - scientific bases of design of heavy machines which consist in optimum control in real time are For the first time developed and realize the concept of increase in environmental friendliness and effective use of resources. Information model of a detail on the basis of the knowledge base about operation of the heavy metal-cutting equipment which application allows to determine rational parameters of heavy lathes with use of classification signs of details is for the first time developed. The established criteria, criterion functions and restrictions, for optimization of the modes of cutting during creation of standards of cutting for heavy machines from ChPU which for the first time allow to direct cutting process in real time. Information models are for the first time developed for realization of system of adaptive optimum control of processing on heavy lathes and multilevel system of decision-making with elements of artificial intelligence that allows to automate, and increases efficiency of processing of details on heavy machines.
