Dissertation is sanctified to the questions of increase of longevity of tribojoints, that is exploited in the conditions of multicomponent dynamic pin ladening and different temperatures. Conformities to law of friction and wear, and also mechanism of wear, are investigational at a multicomponent pin ladening, nanostructural properties of superficial layer, forecasting model of forming and destruction of superficial layer of details of tribojoints at the different terms of pin ladening. The complex of methodologies and experimental equipment is worked out, by means of that general conformities to law of friction and wear are set. Conception of wearproofness of tribojoints and tribologictechnician principle of minimization of wear of materials is offered. The models of wear are worked out taking into account a multicomponent dynamic ladening, presences lubricating coolant and free macroradicals in the contact of tribojoints and offered management methods are scientifically reasonable wearproofness by tribojoints introduction to the zone of contact of free macroradicals. The wearproofness of tribojoints is enhanceable due to the use of the worked out technological recommendations of receipt of wearproof to the ultra dispersible nanostructural superficial layer of details of tribologictechnician depending on the terms of contact and making.
